PETER BILLING

Dr. Billing is the founder of Transform Weight Loss, which offers bariatric and metabolic care in retail settings. During his 20+ years of outpatient experience, he’s been a pioneering figure in ambulatory bariatric surgery—performing the first sleeve gastrectomy in an ASC in 2008 and thousands of complex procedures since. His published outcomes and protocols have shaped global practice standards and MBSAQIP guidelines. Today, Dr. Billing has unique insight into what it takes to transform and maintain a successful and profitable medical practice.
COREY NEWTON

Co-Founder
Corey leads the marketing arm and oversees Transform Health Partners, bringing over 30 years of experience in brand development and healthcare marketing. As EVP of Marketing at Sono Bello, he helped grow the company from startup to national leader. Corey has also played a key role in the rapid expansion of Transform Weight Loss centers, while working with dozens of other companies in the healthcare space.
JOSIAH BILLING

Josiah is Chief Administrator of Transform Health Partners with over a decade in bariatrics. After earning a B.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology, he began in clinical research, publishing studies on ASC bariatric surgery. Since 2019, he’s led Transform Weight Loss in Kirkland, WA, driving strong year-over-year growth. Josiah oversees ASC development, licensing, daily operations, vendor relations, and business strategy.

Larry brings 30 years of healthcare leadership, having served as VP of Operations, CEO, and Practice Administrator across multi-specialty and rural medical practices. He’s also held senior roles in compliance, contracting, and medical billing, with executive experience in U.S. and international outsourcing—overseeing operations in both the United States and India.
